Our client wanted the maximum amount of storage space and yard space that the site would provide with the best layout for handling the large number of containers to be loaded and unloaded. As volume of storage was important, the building  height was optimized for racking and forklift operations. Large canopies were provided to allow all weather usage of large areas of the yard so that the buildings could be fully racked to maximize storage. Close attention to the clients requirements resulted in a development that markedly improved the efficiencies of the clients whole operation.
