The structural design of this apartment hotel was carried our for a client architectural designer. The building feature two levels of car parking and five levels of accommodation with a central atrium.

This was a complex project using insitu and precast concrete. The architectural design and building layout were well established before the detailed structural design was carried out, adding complexity to the structural requirements
